Dr Atter has over 25 years experience as a boardroom consultant, psychodynamic coach and serial entrepreneur. He is former Head of Reward at HJ Heinz (Europe) and a former Regional Director (Asia) for the HayGroup/Korn Ferry.

Dr Atter was a board director in a startup from inception-to-IPO. He has led M&A projects, run a team of consultants across Asia, set up businesses worldwide, taught at leading universities, and coached CEOs worldwide.
